Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, this does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (for example, due to fraud suspicion, pricing error, or inventory issue).

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please review our full Refund Policy for details. In brief:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days for eligible items in original packaging.

• Return shipping is your responsibility.

• A restocking fee may apply.

• Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

6. Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Information page for detailed timelines. Fulfillment can take 13–21 days depending on the material selected. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ali Arshad Photography. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of any images is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Shipping Information

At Ali Arshad Photography, each print is made to order using premium materials and fulfilled through high-quality professional labs across the country. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives beautifully crafted and safely packaged.

⏳ Production & Fulfillment Time

• All orders are custom made upon purchase.

• Standard production time is up to 14 days.

• Depending on the material selected (Paper, Canvas, Acrylic, or Metal), total fulfillment time may vary.

• Estimated production + fulfillment timeline: 13–21 business days from order date.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

• Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via a trusted courier (UPS, FedEx, or similar).

• Shipping duration is in addition to production time and varies by location.

• A tracking number will be emailed once your item ships.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

• United States

• Canada

Please note: We do not currently support international shipping beyond these locations.

🧾 Customs & Import Fees (for Canada)

If you are located in Canada, you may be responsible for applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Ali Arshad Photography. Each print is made to order with high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship. Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer general refunds, but we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in original packaging and in new, undamaged condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover production and handling.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items that were damaged after delivery due to improper handling or framing

• Prints ordered in error (wrong size/material selected by customer)

• Customer’s change of mind

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at aliarshad.photography@gmail.com.

• Please include photos of the damage and the packaging.

• We will replace the damaged item at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Cancellations

Because each print is made to order, orders cannot be canceled once they enter production (typically within 2–4 hours of purchase). If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the item leaves our facility. However, we’ll assist you in tracking the package or filing claims with the carrier if needed.
